DIED--Sunday evening April 29th 1888 of hemorrhage of the stomach, L. Agusta, daughter of Alpheus Dubel of this city, aged 18 years, 5 months and 22 days. The funeral was held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. from the M.E. church, services by the Rev. Craft.

The death of Miss Gussie Dubel which appears in the paper this week, was a sad surprise to many of her friends. She had been in poor health for some time, caused by an affection of the stomach, and for a week or more past was considered quite low, but began to get better, and on Friday she was able to sit up some, and her friends as well as herself looked forward with the hope of her speedy recovery. But on Saturday hemorrhage of the stomach set in and her suffering increased until Sunday about 7:30 in the evening when death came to her relief.
