DIED At the residence of Joseph Coombs, West Branch, Iowa, MARGARET DEAN, in the 83d year of her age.

She had been an invalid for several years, being afflicted with heart disease, and more recently with dropsy. On the night of Aug. 12th, she had a stroke of paralysis, from which time she gradually declined, departing this life on the 19th inst., leaving the full assurance to her friends that she is safely landed in the world beyond, having testified at different times of her trust, her confidence and her faith in the Lord Jesus as her Savior.
