DIED In Tipton, April 4th, 1875, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. S. P. Foy, Mrs. Clarissa L. Starr, aged 63 years, and 8 months.

She was born near Granville, Mass. July 23d, 1811. Her parents moved to Granville, Ohio, in 1814, where she united with the Congregational Church at the age of 16. She was married to John H. Starr, October 30th, 1839, and settled in Columbus, Ohio. In the spring of 1850 they came West, and settled in Tipton, where after twenty three years of united usefulness, the husband was called home, and now after two years of separation both have entered into the rest which remaineth for the people of God.
