Edward Wayne Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Anderson, was born near Springdale, Iowa, June 19, 1920, and died July 3, 1921, at the age of one year and two weeks. This is indeed a sad visitation into a happy home. Little Wayne takes with him much sunshine of that home and leaves a shadow that will not soon depart. While his stay on this earth was brief yet he endeared himself to all who knew him. The floral offering was beautiful and a reminder of the beauty and purity of the little life so early taken away.

Besides the bereaved parents, one sister, Phyllis, a large number of relatives and friends are left to mourn the loss of this loved one. The funeral services were conducted at the home on Tuesday morning, July 5th, with Rev. W. Glenn Rowley in charge and burial was made in the West Branch cemetery.
