Last Saturday morning the sad news reached us of the death of Mrs. Estella Schell, the wife of William Schell, at their home five miles southeast of town. Mrs. Schell has for some time been suffering from the effects of a cancer and Saturday morning at 4 o'clock she passed away. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. K. Riser at the Lutheran church. Her remains were laid to rest in the Masonic cemetery west of town. The funeral was largely attended by a host of sympathizing friends.
