Wm. H. Wilkins died Monday morning, May 7, at the home of his brother, S. C. Wilkins in Stanwood. His death was not unexpected for he had been gradually failing all winter, owing to his extreme age, for had he lived till the 25th day of next November, he would have been eighty years old. He was born in Reading, Vt., 1826, and came to Iowa in 1864.
