Tipton
Charles Plunkett, a young man of this city, who is subject to fits, had a close call Tuesday afternoon. He was at the Rock Island depot at the time the eastbound freight went through. The train was standing on the track in front of the depot when the young man had an attack and fell between the cars with his neck lying across the rail. Fortunately he was discovered and pulled from his perilous situation before the train was moving.
