NO SEARCH

Considerable time has now lapsed since finding the body of Theodore A. Sloanaker in Turkey Creek, near Lewis in this county, yet no effort has been made to apprehend the murderer. This course is wrong. A liberal reward should have been offered from some source, and a desperate effort made to ferret out the murderer’s secret. If the citizens of this county desire to feel that their lives are constantly in danger let them continue to pass cold bloodied murders by without attempting to find the perpetrators of them. We hope someday we will be done even at this late day.
