MRS. P. C. FULKERSON

Minnie Flater, daughter of Andrew and Lucy Flater, was born near Springfield, Ill., April 14, 1866 and died at her home in Lake City July 27, 1923, aged 57 years, 3 months and 13 days. On October 10, 1899 she was united in marriage to Perry C. Fulkerson. To this union one son, Charles Cyrus, was born.

Mrs. Fulkerson was a resident of Lake City about 26 years and during all this time was a faithful member of Woodlawn Church of Christ. For many years she was a teacher in the Sunday school and the influence of her life and character has left a lasting impression upon the lives of those who from her learned of the Savior of men.

She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, Perry C. Fulkerson, a son, Charles Cyrus, two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Cretzler, of Lake City, and Mrs. Alice Dennis, of Omaha, Nebr., a brother, Charles Clarence Flater, of Des Moines, and a host of friends. One brother and three sister preceded her in death.

The funeral was held at Woodlawn Church of Christ, Friday afternoon at two o'clock, Rev. J. E. Reeser officiating. The body was laid to rest in the Lake City cemetery.
