Young Mother Is Taken Suddenly By Death
Dollie Luella Clipperton was born in Greene County, Iowa on July 7, 1902. On April 3, 1920 she was united in marriage to Mr. Henry Yeager. To this union four children were born, Mourine, age 9, Maxine 7, Betty Jean 5 and Harriet age 3. Mr. Yeager was a kind and affectionate mother, one who gave splendid care to her home and children as only a kind and loving heart of a mother can. She was loved by all who knew her. After a short illness of a little over a week in which everything that kind hands and medical skill was done for her recovery. On Wednesday morning, February 5, 1930, at 6:30 o’clock she was called from this earthly journey. She was 27 years, 6 months and 28 days old. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband and four children, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Clipperton, a sister, Mrs. Louis Smith of Rockwell City and a host of cousins, kin folks and friends. The funeral was held at the M. E. church at Rockwell City last Friday afternoon, and interment made in the Rose Hill cemetery at that place.
