Sharon K. Campbell, 68, of Independence, Iowa, died Wednesday morning, January 16, 2013, at her home in Independence.

Sharon was born on August 3, 1944, in Independence, Iowa the daughter of Oris and Helen (Thomas) Evers. She attended the Rowley Schools and Pixie’s Beauty Academy in Waterloo, IA, She was united in marriage to Herbert Richard Roloff on December 23, 1961 in Independence, IA. She owned and operated the First Lady Styling Salon in Independence, IA. Herbert died on February 2, 1989. On April 23, 1993 she was united in marriage to H. Scott Campbell in the Little Brown Church, Nashua, IA. The couple made their home in Independence.

Sharon was a bowler of the year and is a member of the Hall of Fame Bowlers in Independence, IA.

She is survived by her husband Scott Campbell, Independence, IA., six children; Terresa (Lonnie) Bloomquist, Promise City, IA, Brent Roloff, Oelwein, IA, Kim (Chad) Corcoran, Waterloo, IA, Bart (Tracey) Campbell, Independence, IA, Karin (Eric) Bauer, Iowa City, IA, Jennifer Campbell, Center Point, IA., eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and two sisters; Pat Neuman, Janesville, WI, and Doris Guge, Rowley, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband Herbert Richard Roloff.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday at the Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, with Rev. Sheri Andersen officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Independence, IA. Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Friday, and from 8 am till services Saturday at the funeral home.
