—Mrs. J. M. Greene received a telegram, last Friday, announcing the sudden death of her sister, Mrs. Stone, at Cedar Falls, and went to Waverly, where the funeral was held, on Saturday. Mrs. Stone will be remembered as the wife of Rev. Stone, a Methodist minister, who lived on the farm now owned by Jacob Jewell, early in the 60’s.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Jane who was born Feb. 7, 1817 and died Jan. 27, 1899. She is buried in Harlington Cemetery.
