Biography--

Raymond M. Davis, 83, of Traer, Iowa, died at Sunrise Hill Care Center, Monday, April 16, 2018.

Raymond was born on July 14, 1934, in Randalia, Iowa, the son of Donald E. and Edna O. (Bysong) Davis.

He was a graduate of West High in Waterloo.

Raymond married Jacqueline Nerge on July 3, 1960 in Tripoli. She preceded him in death on April 21, 1983. He married Marvelene Tupy Keller on October 21, 1985 in Traer.

Raymond served in the US Army from 1957 to 1959. He worked for J.E. Millett Co. for 14 years and at John Deere as an electrician for 31 years.

Survived by his wife; three daughters Becky (Dan) Lewis, of Cedar Rapids, Linda (David) Krueger, of Denver, and Judy (Angie) Davis, of Jacksonville, NC; four stepchildren Vicki Keller, of Oakland, CA, Doug (Jane) Keller, of Hudson, Shari (Jay) Keller, of Castro Valley, CA, and Terri Nolan, of San Diego, CA; two brothers, Marvin Davis, of Knabb, UT, and Jim (Kathy) Stephens, of Waterloo; one sister: Ordella (Terry) Phillips, of Waterloo; and eight grandchildren, Chris, Austin, Matt, Mike, Amber, Hilary, Mitchell, and Kyle.

Preceded in death by his father Donald Davis, mother Edna Stephens, step father Emmett Stephens, and first wife Jacqueline.
