Merville D. Brunscheen

September 9, 1944 - November 15, 2017

Merville D. Brunscheen, 73, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth Martin Health Center.

He was born September 9, 1944, in Anamosa, Iowa, the son of Oliver and Margaret (Luke) Brunscheen. Merville was a graduate of Midland Community School in Wyoming, Iowa, and was a farmer for many years.

He is survived by his three sisters, Nancy Dunahugh, Alma (Dennis) Bigelow and Karen Nelson, all of Cedar Falls, and many nieces and nephews.

Merville was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Merlin Brunscheen.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. November 29, 2017, at Nazareth Lutheran Church Chapel in Cedar Falls, with burial at a later date. Visitation will be one hour before service at the church.
