The Unionville cemetery is north of Unionville. If you click "Map" on this page you can zoom in and out to find it and where it is in relation to Centerville.

There is almost certainly a person who maintains the records of the cemetery. Rather than walk the cemetery to find something that is or isn't there, I suggest you talk to them. Your best bet is to go into a store in Unionville (if there is one)and ask who that person is, or go in to post office. Note it has limited hours.
