Two of Cincinnati's old and respected citizens, Otho Lewis Sorrel and Robert Gravener, will be buried today. Mr. Gravener sick only ten days. Mr. Gravener leaves a wife, four daughters and one son. We can not name all of them, but they are Mrs. John McMorrow, of this city; Mrs. Harmon, wife of Rev. Lloyd Harmon, of St. Joe, Mo; Mrs. Ambrose Coomes, of Numa; one in living CA; and his son Elvin, of Pershing IA. They were all here except the daughter, Emma, in far away CA. Mr. Gravenor’s funeral is to be held at 10:30 this morning in the Christian Church. Besides his family he leaves hundreds to mourn the death of this splendid man.

Robt. Gravenor was born at Hatfield, England, Aug. 31 1857, and departed this life March 3, 1925, age 67 years, 6 months and three days. He came to this country in 1866 and was united in marriage to Dora Milford of Farmington, IA in 1884. To this union were born five children, Carrie McMorrow of Cinci. Elvin of Olmitz, IA; Icel Harmon of St. Joseph, MO; Emma Kindig of Anaheim CA; and Irene Coomes of Numa IA.

His faithful wife departed this life in 1912. Then in 1914 he was united in marriage to Sarah Dean of Centerville. Mr. Graveor lived an upright Christian life and had the respect of all who knew him. His going is mourned by a host of old friends as well as by his companion, his children as folllows: Elvin and Harold Harmon of St. Joseph, MO; and Dorothy Coombs of Numa, IA; also James, Mary and Mabel McMorrow of Cincinnati, IA.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 5th in the Christian Church of Cincinnati. Rev. Hayes McKinley in charge.
