Hi, Marj, Richard Steele here. I'm not very cyber-knowledgeable, so I hope you get this post. What I know about my grandfather, Thomas B. Steele, is fairly limited. I know that he married my grandmother, Jessie Marsden, whom I knew when I was a teenager. I seem to recall that she said he went to Minneapolis, Hennepin County, I believe; but after that it's pretty blank. And I haven't many Marsden relatives left who know much about their brief marriage. I remember my mother having said that it must have been Tom Steele who came to town and talked with my father Roy Steele without identifying himself. Only later did they believe it was Tom Steele when someone in town (Waukon) said he thought he saw Tom in town.
