BROWN AND NADINE (WALLACE) BROWN

Lewis Fredrick Ahnen (June 9, 1886-May 13, 1950) married Sara Golda Brown (November 8, 1890-June 21, 1965) September 28, 1912. They had four children: Brown Louie, William Henry, Verna Marie (stillborn) and Wilma Arnetta (Ahnen) Conley.

Brown Louie Ahnen (March 3, 1913-January 9, 1999) married Nadine Deola Wallace (September 6, 19140-May 24, 1999) January 10, 1935. They had three children: Richard Dean (June 20, 1937-stillborn), John Brown (December 30, 1945) and Jane Ann (April 9, 1951).

Brown and Nadine farmed in Richland Township south of Fontanelle, and Nadine owned and operated the Jewel Box in Greenfield.

Jane still owns and operates the Jewel Box, and John still farms south of Fontanelle.

Brown and Nadine and their family were members of Avondale Methodist Church.
