| Mr. & Mrs. A.T.
(Albert Thornton) Edwards are pictured with their children and
grandchildren when they observed their 50th wedding anniversary on
August 24th, 1915, at their Vinton home. Seven of the eleven children
in the family are still living. A daughter, Mrs. Oren (Cora)
Spalding, will celebrate her 98th birthday next month. A son, Walter
Edwards, also lives in Vinton. Mr. & Mrs. Edwards settled near
