Roy L. "Mick" McBride, 84, died Wednesday, April 1, 1998, in his home after a sudden illness. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Hrabak Funeral Home, Belle Plaine, by the Rev. Kathleen Kahl. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery.. Survivors include his wife, Edna; a son, Butch of Newburgh, Ind.; and a daughter, Patricia Slegianes of Macomb, Mich.. Also surviving are five grandchildren and a great-granchild.
