          Remarks:  The Water in Benton County is generally Limestone clear and from some good
          springs. The soil is of a black rich soil, mixed with sufficient sand to make it of a
          *am nature. Lime Stone generally plenty. The timber is generally Ooak of different
          kinds Such as White Read & Buroak. Some parts Sugartree - with some Black & white
          Walnut (but Scarce) , Linn, Elm, L C. Seasons generally long enough for Crop to get ripe
          Winters, fine, dry, cold and pleasant good Sleyhing
