Allamakee County Board of Supervisors January session, 1874

Board members: T.C. Smith (chairman) & Martin Moore. The 3 yr. term of office of Dr. T.H. Barnes, now expired, H.S. Cooper took the oath of office and was seated as a board member. Cooper was appointed as the Board member to make monthly visits to the Poor Farm.
