We are herewith giving a list of the soldier dead in the various cemeteries
in Adams county. If relatives or friends of the deceased ones know of any
errors in this list, we shall be pleased to have them notify us, so that the
records may be kept as accurately as possible.

In some instances the department of service is not given. If any of our
friends can furnish this information, it will be gladly received.

METHODIST GROVE CEMETERY.
Dr. J. Peregrine, H 4th Iowa Inft.
John J. Hamilton, 141st New York infantry.
C.K. Wescott, H 9th Iowa Cav.
Chester M. Fuller, 30th Ohio.
Isaac K. Prickett, F 23d Iowa.
A.J. Pickett, who has a grave somewhere in Missouri, has a tombstone here in
his memory erected on the family lot. This grave is marked by Meyerhoff Post
and decorated each year, in the same manner as if it were his actual
sleeping place.
